Żeberka w miodzie – Honey Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

3 to 3 1/2 lb pork loin country style ribs or spare ribs

1 cup of ketchup  

4 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Place the ribs in a large bowl.

Combine ketchup, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour the mixture over the meat.

Mix it well and cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Place ribs in a single layer onto shallow baker or baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes or until meat is tender.

 

Serve hot with baked potatoes and a seasonal salad.
